I added a variation. The meat was dry after pulling, so I bathed it all in a bottle of Jack Daniels Original BBQ sauce and let it sit overnight. Wow! Everyone loved it. Thanks.

Just finished cooking this and my very fussy hubby gives it the "Flavorful" stamp of approval. He was snatching from the board as I was pulling it apart.

I drained the onions from the bottom of the pot and chopped them fine and mixed them in with the pork along with the remaining sauce. Those onions are wonderful. Tossed the liquid from the crockpot out.

Thanks very much, best pulled pork recipe ever.

High 5! I'll be making your recipe for a family birthday party. It looks just perfect. I was thinking I'd be able to make it the day before then return it to the crockpot to warm up the morning of the party. If you see anything wrong with that plan let me know.
