    Papaya Bread

    Good loaf. Had absolutely no trouble with the recipe but am puzzled why the loaf pan needs to be greased when the bottom and sides are fully covered with wax paper. I do like getting into my work but not if I don't unnecessarily have to.

    My first time using papaya. Tasted it before going into the recipe so I could recognize the flavor after bake. A lost cause. The loaf tastes like sweet and cinnamon and raisin. All else is covered up. It's a standard delicious quick dessert bread loaf.

    I'll add the pic here instead of on the recipe. For some reason, the last couple of pics taken have a focus problem.
