  Great tasting risotto. Even better with the papaya. I like my rice cooked for 30 minutes instead of 20. So next time it gets another cup of chicken stock to adsorb.
  My resident guinea pig would only grunt when asked about the dish. Couldn't be bothered to talk while eating.
