Parmesan Herb Spaghetti squash

    Really good! I love how it's it's own little dish ;) I was worried I wouldn't like all the savory stuff with the slightly sweet squash but it didn't bother me at all. Next time I might try some fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme and thyme would be perfect! The parmesan works well in this.

    I actually made this for myself tonight cause the husband is working...but have always been super scared of trying to replace it as spaghetti. I think the taste would work but for the family but the texture is not the same...it's got much more of a bite or kinda crunchiness, which doesn't bother me but i 100% know they would care. Why do people have to be so picky?!?! LOL!
