    Pasta Stuffed Peppers

    I had a tough time with the technique of slicing the peppers on the side to remove the seeds. Seeds are well stuck to the stem and it pulls out leaving a big hole in the top of the pepper as well as the slit down the side that enlarges as I work to get all the seeds out.

    I'm thinking that cutting the top off and de-seeding before the peppers are roasted will be a lot easier when it comes to stuffing the peppers.

    The pasta needs at least doubled the water to keep it from being too crunchy.

    I like the flavor. This dish has lots of possibilities. Maybe mixing in some cheese with the bread topping.

    Salt and pepper needed.

    It is labor intensive as written.

    I only made a half recipe. Took some pictures but the peppers were so hacked up, I'll wait for someone else whom has better technique than I to post some.
