Pistachio Poppy Bread

    Recipe by Pleclare: Pistachio Poppy Bread/saved
    Recipe turned out per instructions. Made a pic. Colorful crumb.
    I'm just not jazzed about the flavor. Can't quite put my finger on it.
    Maybe I'm not used to the pistachio nut.
    Greased and floured the pan to prevent sticking.
    The batter/dough is extremely thick. You can pick it up and mold it with your hands.
    Had to spray my rubber spatula with oil so I could smooth the top of the loaf.
    It's a dense sort of dry loaf with hard crunchy corners once it cools.
