Pizza dough - Basic Dough For Pizza Or French Bread

  Fear I might have messed this one up a little. And seeing the recipe is from a retired pastry chef, I probably did.
  Forgot to spread any olive oil on the crust or let it rest for 5 minutes after shaping. Probably the reason the crust didn't brown for me. So the crust was a little on the too crunchy side for me because of too much bake time looking for that light brown coloring.
  Didn't rate or review this one because of my goof. Willing to give it another shot.
  Here's a pic of the result.
  Used the crust to make a chicken pepper onion mushroom pizza.
