Pizza Meatloaf Cups

    Recipe by Slfelicia. A juicy meat muffin stuffed with cheese. Maybe another egg or egg white in the recipe would help these hold together better.

    Did a cook off between these pizza meatloaf cups and pizza meatloaf muffins by Pleclare. They both looked very similar. Each has its own quality on display.

    I like the muffin recipe because the meat wad holds together. I like the cups recipe because it is on the juicy side.

    Both have flavors comparable. Ate 4 meat wads out of each batch of 12 at different stages of coolness. The rest lives in the freezer.

    Sounds like a delicious recipe though! Very easy also!
