    Recipe is a little unclear to me. Beating the recipe did not yield a batter. Had to blend with a food processor to get it to the batter stage.
    Made a dozen small cakes using about two to three tablespoons per cake. Three cakes per batch. Four to five minutes for the first side and three to four minutes for the second side.
    Had to add makeup oil per batch. It yielded oily tasting cakes.
    Tried salt on one cake, sugar on one cake and syrup on one cake. Only the syrup masked the oily taste. And they get cold quickly.
    Made a pic. Think I did a reasonable facsimile of the potato cakes.
