    Impressive looking bread. My braiding technique is still suspect and no where as pretty as the recipe pic.
    Good loaf. Nice oven spring. Good for making sandwiches.
    I was troubled by the temperature of the water used. Afraid the yeast would be killed even after assurance from the author that all is well.
    Didn't use all the liquid. Will change up the order of liquid addition next time to include the eggs first. I was ginger with the flour, maybe didn't need to be so.
    I'm thinking the 6T might should be 6t. We'll see next time.
    It was fun making this loaf.

    My bread monkey gives it two hands full.
