  Fried simmered pumpkin squares sandwiched in yogurt sauce. Recipe by jencathen. An unique and tasty way to serve up pumpkin.
  
  The garlic is prominent in the yogurt sauce for such a small amount so don't over-add the amount unless you really like garlic.
  
  Only trouble I had with the recipe is buying the teeny cans of tomato sauce. I couldn't find any, so I siphoned off from a larger can the amount required.
