  This was exactly what I needed...a quick bread recipe to make on my stove-top! It tastes like a mix between a buttermilk biscuit and a pancake! Very good! Perfect for biscuits and gravy...I think I'll try it with that next time! The only thing I added to this was some crispy fried smoked pork pieces on top! I think this is the only recipe of its kind on GR! All the other recipes required oven baking!
