  A nice cool dinner plate for a hot sultry summer day. And maybe just a little bit of ice cream for dessert. Served it with a chilled zuchinni veggie side, pinto beans and a piece of cornbread.

  Nice picture and good menu, perfect for a summer meal. Of course, I would never turn my nose up at pinto beans and cornbread. I was just wishing I had made some pasta salad for the week.
