Very good! You MUST like lemon juice to like these because they are pretty lemon-y. My daughter didn't care for them but I knew she wouldn't since she doesn't like lemon or lime. I made her some "special" one's on the side but still made her try these just to make sure a love for citrus didn't come ;) I loved the addition of the olives which went really well in this! Added my pic too! Still trying to figure out this no natural light thing so bare with me :)

Was reading a food blog where the blogger said she starts cooking around 3:00 so she can get the food ready while it's still light outside - but I don't think needing to get home while there was still natural light would be an acceptable reason for me leaving work early... hehehe

When I take pictures I use PIcassa to edit them and often have to use the "Fill Light" option to bring it up a bit. I'm so glad you liked the recipe and I was pleased of the reminder. I've been trying to come up with something to take to our Thanksgiving gathering and I think this may fit the bill.
