Romaine Salad with Lemon-Cream Dressing

  Romaine Salad With Lemon Cream Dressing

  This dressing + romaine lettuce + garlic-herb croutons + more parmesan cheese = a 5-star salad! I used Honey-Dijon to add a little sweetness to balance the lemon juice. Don't know if it's a must, but I did mix the dressing and chill for several hours before serving.
