  Recipe by DetroitTokyo: Rustic White Bean Soup#
  Good flavor. Recipe went together just as spec'ed.
  Used olive oil instead of the bacon grease, and did not use any of the optionals.
  Just plain ol' forgot to add any liquid smoke flavor.
  My soup turned out darker than DT's.
