    Scalloped Salmon

    Very quick to make, smelled delicious while baking. Passed the Fred test. He cleaned his plate.
    Slight changes I made were using parmesan instead of cheddar and dotting the top with butter. Plus I added a tsp and a half of baking powder to give a bit of puff to the stuffing. (added to the beaten egg and milk, trick from my mom) The creamed peas are rather bland so the herby salmon puff isn't to stong in flavor.

    Will make again.
