How to make it

  • Combine chicken broth with eggs, milk, parsley, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in salmon, croutons and cheese.
  • Turn into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Bake unclovered at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes

    heartaday ate it and said...
    I made this using Stove Top turkey stuffing because that's what I had handy, and therefore I didn't use chicken broth, just water. The stuffing herbs overpowered the salmon when it was first cooked, but the next day it was very good cold.
