Scalloped Salmon

- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onion shopping list
- 1 (16oz) can salmon, drained shopping list
- 2 cups seaspned stuffing croutons shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1//2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 recipe vegetable sauce shopping list
- vegetable Sauce: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup green peas shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chicken broth with eggs, milk, parsley, onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir in salmon, croutons and cheese.
- Turn into a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake unclovered at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes
- Serve with Vegetable Sauce.

I made this using Stove Top turkey stuffing because that's what I had handy, and therefore I didn't use chicken broth, just water. The stuffing herbs overpowered the salmon when it was first cooked, but the next day it was very good cold.
