Southern Mountains Potato Salad

  Southern Mountains Potato Salad by Lanacountry
  
  This was just how Lanacountry described it: "creamy, comfort, delicious."
  
  I did not use the optional green olives, so used green onion for added color and the other change I made was to use Prepared Honey Mustard instead of prepared mustard & sugar.

  I made this again today for a meal at my parents's house. They requested no onion, but that I use the green olives. We all liked it that way.
