Spicy Shrimp Scampi

    Made this recipe today, 'cause I had purchased some good looking shrimp from Costco and decided to make a meal of it instead of a cocktail. I think it was good, but not a 5 forker. A little white wine and less bread crumbs would have improved the dish, as the bread crumbs clumped up on top of my linguini. Love the butter, garlic, lemon combo and I wish I had remembered to add the wine!
