This is another recipe I have made a few times. I have halved this recipe with great results. I have also made it with onion soup mix instead of vegtable soup mix. always a hit. and even with only half the recipe it still makes alot...

This is a great basic recipe that has been around forever. Don't remember where I first learned it, but, have been making this for years, and everyone always requests it once they've tried it! So glad she shared. I usually add some chopped garlic and parmesan. Have also added a dash of red pepper flakes. Softened cream cheese is another good addition. Great recipe.
