  This was great!!! I don't have an oven safe non-stick skillet so i sauteed off the garlic herbs and spinach then in a seperate bowl mixed the eggs and S&P then added everything to a buttered pie dish, topped with feta and baked for about 23 minutes. Turned out perfect! Can't wait to try this with some bacon or even mushrooms!
