    I made this but had to make several changes to work with what I had. First, I used the meat from fresh lobster tail and therefore did not have "lobster juice" which I think is the liquid used to cook a whole lobster? In its place I used chicken stock. I used mustard powder in place of the mustard seeds so added it with the salt & pepper. I left out the red pepper b/c I can't eat bell peppers. I used baby bella mushrooms. Finally I tossed with fusilli pasta in place of the fettuccine. I don't think the changes compromised the essence of this recipe and it is a delicious one!
