Stir Fry Lobster Nova Scotia Style

- 1/4 c olive oil shopping list
- 1 T mustard seed shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic (or more to taste) shopping list
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 8 large mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 can frozen lobster or 2 cups fresh Nova Scotia lobster, chunked (or other fresh delicious lobster) shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 c lobster juice shopping list
- 1/4 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- If using frozen - defrost, drain, reserving liquid. Remove whole claws for garnish. Cut remaining lobster in chunks. Combine lobster juice and cream. Stir in cornstarch and set aside.
- Heat oil until smoking in wok. Add mustard seed and immediately cover, as seeds pop vigorously. Shake pan for 20-30 seconds or until popping ceases. Lower heat slightly. Add next six ingredients and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add lobster, parsley, lobster juice mixture. Stir fry until lobster is heated through. Spoon over past. Enjoy.
