Ingredients
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 T mustard seed
  • 1 clove minced garlic (or more to taste)
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 large mushrooms, sliced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can frozen lobster or 2 cups fresh Nova Scotia lobster, chunked (or other fresh delicious lobster)
  • 1/4 c chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c lobster juice
  • 1/4 c heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions
  1. If using frozen - defrost, drain, reserving liquid. Remove whole claws for garnish. Cut remaining lobster in chunks. Combine lobster juice and cream. Stir in cornstarch and set aside.
  2. Heat oil until smoking in wok. Add mustard seed and immediately cover, as seeds pop vigorously. Shake pan for 20-30 seconds or until popping ceases. Lower heat slightly. Add next six ingredients and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add lobster, parsley, lobster juice mixture. Stir fry until lobster is heated through. Spoon over past. Enjoy.
