Guys Big Bite Cornbread Stuffed Meatloaf

A stuffed meatloaf with several flavor layers. Unique in that it uses cornbread to soak up the flavors.

Rated it 4-forks only because I had trouble translating the use of the oil.

And it would be much nicer in a couple of double bottomed loaf pans to let the renderings through.

One of the first recipes I posted, and now I have learned to check how it's posted on the webpage before I repost, when I share something like that...and have learned to proofread my posts too!! Mine was not greasy, and I don't think that will be a problem next time since I fixed the recipe wording. SO SOORRY you had that issue, but, on the other hand, I'm glad you tried it and pointed it out so I could fix it. I'm always so happy to hear that someone thought enough of a recipe to try it!

I used to have this microwave dish from Tupperware that was perfect for meatloaf. I don't think they make it anymore. It was when microwave dishes were first big, and they were heavy plastic, but looked like stoneware. (Anyone else old enough to remember those?? LOL). Anyway, it had two parts. The inner pan had holes, like a strainer, so it caught any grease.
