  Steak....crab meat...need I say more. This was such a delight to cook. This was the first time I used string in my cooking and the easy instructions helped me through. This Surf And Turf Pinwheels meal by pkusmc was a major hit with my guests. I substituted the roasted red pepper with a red bell pepper.
