    Looks good. Tastes custardy. You have to like raw potato to enjoy this dish. Maybe some saute time with the butter, to cook the potatoes, will make this custard taste better to me. It will take away from the texture but make the custard more cream like. It is a very delicate custard. Barely holds up on its own. I would add one more egg to firm up the custard.
    Recipe made six 10 oz Pyrex custard cups.
    It tastes a lot like carrot because the potato is not cooked through.
