Tasty Cucumber And Tuna Bites

My review ... "These are wonderful! Simple, fresh, and healthy. Instead of serving appetizer style I seeded and diced the cucumber up and tossed it into the tuna mix and served in Bibb lettuce cups for lunch. Even though I like Anchovies I left them out but did chop up some Kalamata olives, tomato, and added the capers as well. Love it! Thanks Don."

I don't believe I have ever had tuna and cucumber combined. It sounds really good and I like the idea of it in a lettuce cup. Yum. :)
