Hope I'm not messing things up but I tried to post a picture with my Turkey Burger Thread and it didn't show up so I'm going to try one more time here. Sorry everyone.

Nope....2nd attempt didn't work either. Sorry. (Just picture...."Yummy")

No, I don't think so. It just loaded without the picture. Took forever to load too.

Try to post the picture on the recipe first...maybe that will help. Then copy and paste the picture from the recipe! Sometimes it doesn't work because the picture size is too big.

Thanks for your help. I'm going to put the blame on my slow computer. I am also currently trying to load a picture to a Cookie recipe I just posted but I am not having success with that either today. Am getting an error message on that one saying "Failed to add Photo details to db". I didn't really want to load my picture on Lori's recipe directly because it's not an A-One picture (as I mentioned in my first thread, they are elongated because of the Hot dog buns!LOL)

What's the parameters on a picture size again?

a least 200X200 pixels in size but the upper limit to upload is 2MB. That is for recipe photos, so I assume it's the same for post photos... they just resize them differently.

Send me a message, if you want, if you still have trouble...I know Kristopher wants to know when we get errors if we don't figure out why :)

    Good luck!

Thanks Keni! My cookie picture is 889 KB and the Burger pic is 1.37 MB so I don't think that's the trouble. I'll try again later on in the day.

nope, you should be good..and you've had plenty of success in the past! :)

There have been some odd uploading issues, lately, though, so just keep an eye out... send a Help message if it doesn't straighten up.

I will have some cookies to post later, myself, so we'll see if I have a photo problem... I see one from pleclare this morning, so I don't guess it's site wide.

    Good luck!

Whenever I have a pic that is too big in pixels, I post it to my Facebook album, then I copy & paste it to my computers photo file. By doing that, it re-sizes the photo format to fit most websites. Then I just upload the photo to where ever I want! I'm not computer savvy, so this is the only way that I know to re-size my photos! I've tried all the free photo-shop websites, but I just can't figure out how to use those sites! =(
