Turkey Sausage and Rice`

Last night I made this recipe- Italian Turkey Sausage And Rice
and let me tell you, it was fantastic! I omitted celery and added zucchini which was a perfect "add-in" as she calls them. I just had to tell you all, cause you should try this recipe- it's wonderful, and leftovers to boot! Yay for lunch time! Thank you Cosmicmother!

That looks very similar to a recipe I make (I omit the celery, too), so I know it had to be good! I love getting two meals out of one recipe :)

This is one of those recipes on my list to make soon! I love all the add in ingredients, I'd want to add them all :)

I just made this on Sunday, but with gluten free Penne (Barilla makes a good one)!
I can get this Italian Turkey sausage that is to do die for, but have to travel a ways to get it. So when I'm out, my next favorite is the Sweet Basil Italian pork sausages.

Haha, I'm not one for leftovers, but this is something I DO look forward to having for lunch the next day!

I'm happy you liked it Lindsay! :)

Zucchini sound like a good substitution for celery. I'm not a huge celery fan.

I made this the other night and it was fantastic! I added, zucchini and mushrooms. Wish I had the fresh basil, because that would gone so well in this! Took your advise Shona and added the Tbs. of tomato paste when adding the can of diced tomatoes. This will be requested a lot around here, thanks Shona!
