    This was very good. I put it all in the oven and walked the dog. I walked into a warm and delicious smell and dinner almost ready! The balsamic vinegar really adds a great flavor to this. I didn't have any fresh parsley, darn it, and had to use dried. This recipe was easy to cut in half as well, which I really liked, although I used four cloves of garlic. Added my picture to the recipe.

    Ha, Mr. P. I find beans to be very filling. I'll probably get six portions out of that recipe. You'd probably get two. :) I love garlic so that's why I used four cloves. It may be too much for others, but its just right for me!
