  A nice twice baked recipe. Took some pics to be posted. Did some tweaking.
  
  Oiled potatoes and rolled in sea salt to bake. Used reconstituted mushrooms. Added two stalks of celery. Subbed heavy cream for milk.
  
  Cut tops off the potatoes instead of cutting them in half; stuffed and put top back on.
