    Followed the destructions. Adding flour to the oil first thing takes the sauteing power away from the onions. I suggest adding the flour as a thickener after all is sauteed up. Flavor is still there. My avocado was not ripe and I tried sauteing it with the veggies but it did not work out.
    Made pita pocket bread Home Made Pita Bread for this recipe for less mess. My first pita pocket attempt. All pitas puffed and had pockets. I read that sometimes all pitas do not puff and make pockets. Guess I got lucky the first time even though I forgot to put oil in the dough.
