  Author has big brass ones calling this recipe chili. It has good flavor but is only, alas, bean soup with chicken.
  Worked up just as the recipe stated. Beans were done at 6 hours on HI. Didn't check at 5 hours.
  Needs more salt. And if you really want to make this a chili, play around with some seasonings but keep it true to the "no tomato" theme.
  A good meal to put in the crock at 5am. Should be read when the bird sings its longest melody.
