    Recipe by Chefmeow: Whole Wheat Pancakes
    Healthy whole wheat pancakes for a different taste from the standard cake. This makes a good pancake mix if you put all the dry ingredients together first and store them in an airtight container, including dry milk subbed for fresh milk, if you have. Whip up the eggs, oil, and water with a portion of the mix for a very fast breakfast.
    These cakes don't bubble up as much as a standard cake, but enough, and I suspect it is from the whole wheat, although they do puff nicely, and not too much, when a hot griddle is used.
    I used white whole wheat if that makes a difference.
    The times you multiply this recipe depends the size of your storage container.

    Have been making out of the bulk bag for a while now. Wanted to wait until the mix disproved or proved good. Didn't think anyone wanted to see a pic of the container mix. But I guess you are talking about the cake themselves. I have enough for another stack of cakes. So I guess I can slop a pic on the recipe page.
