  1) Some things just taste better the next day.
  2) Great to come home and lunch is ready
  3) Cooking in bulk takes the same effort as cooking for one. Just divide into portions and freeze.
  4) There's always something for unexpected guests.
  5) A reason to have this group.

  8) Great for lunch at work! Leftover steak or chicken, a bag of greens, tomato some dressing.. great lunch for the office. We always kept salad dressings in the frig...
