Anybody watch the shootout last night? Qualifying today? Looks like Hendrick is going to dominate again this year. Go Jeff!!!!

I watched the shootout. You know, I've never been much of a Junior fan. I'm not really sure why, maybe because he was always surrounded by so much hype. But he was really impressive Saturday night. Maybe because he does have some of theat hype off his shoulders. Hendrick may be unbeatable this year.

I've never been a Jr. fan either. I always felt like he didn't earn all the hype that he got...his dad did. I think now that he isn't with DEI he can be his own person. The shootout was a start, he's got a lot to prove to me though.

Your hubby is right! That was the only way Jr could beat Tony! No one was pushing him and he came in 2nd! Not Bad for a Toyota!

Mel, I hate to admit it, but I do enjoy watching Tony race. He's one driver that keeps it interesting out there. I can't decide if I like the longer hair, though.

I liked it better short. He's still good though. I have some friends who saw him race dirt track not far from where we live. They said he was great.
