Hi all :)
I'm diabetic (type 2) and follow a low carb diet to control. How about you?
I've found that breads, pasta, potatoes and rice really put my blood sugars into overdrive
I am also a beader, writer, and collector of low carb recipes :)

I love to try new things, especially recipes. I too am a type 2 diabetic but have been successfully controling it with diet. Mostly low carb or low GI. My husband is a self proclaimed chef and does very well changing recipes to meet my needs. Guess it's time to share! I also need to lose about 35 pounds so my recipes will be geared toward lo-cal as well. Does this sound like the place to be?
