Chipotle in Adobo

Chipotle in Adobo

  Does anyone have a recipe for making this? I see all kinds of recipes calling for chipotle in adobo sauce and I have a huge (1 lb) bag of wonderful dried chipotle peppers (open the bag and they smell incredible!) and I would love to be able to make this. I'd even can it to keep it on hand, since I use this frequently. If I do come across a recipe elsewhere, I will be sure to post it here.
