Mole Poblano

    I had it in Puebla this spring and loved it. I know it involves a lot of spice and takes time, however I would love to have this recipe. Does anybody have it?

    Making mole from scratch is an incredible amount of work. There are several recipes on this site for it. Here's one http://www.grouprecipes.com/53320/mole.html

    I have used the packaged one in 2 ways. I saute the chicken in a little garlic, onion and olive oil and then add either some chicken broth (less than 1/2 cup) and mole or add plain tomato sauce and mole then let it reduce to a thickness that I like.
