About Posting Recipes - Very Confused Newbie Foodies

about posting recipes - very confused

I'm not sure where it talks about it, but I was wondering:

The recipes that are posted - are they original of the people or shared from cookbooks etc.

Sometimes I see an "adapted from such and such cookbook" and I see some recipes that I've made before - so

not sure...

I don't have my own recipes but I've made things from various cookbooks that taste great! and I'd love to share - but I'm not sure if that's against regulations.

Please help me. :)

I think you should share the recipes that you have if it's something that you really liked a lot, just make sure to include the cookbook it came from or the person you got it from. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, otherwise, how would we ever know how to cook some of these dishes? If recipes weren't meant to be shared by everyone, they probably would never have been written down.
