HELP!!!!

I'm at a loos. We have to live on a TIGHT budget as I'm stay at home and hubby self employed. My daughter is my problem eater. She HATES i mean really HATES ground beef and anything mixed like casseroles!! I have no idea how this has occured since casseroles and meatloaf are my fave things to eat but it has!! All she likes to eat is chicken on the bone(as she calls it) and salad and fruit. Now don't get me wrong I'm thrilled that she has health tastes but that is not the budget we have! Anyone have some recipe ideas? I can pass off frozen veggies but nothing out of a can(I've even tried to trick her but she knows). Thanks for reading this and any help would be awsome, Michelle

Ohhh my goodness! Boy do I remember those days, lol. Hey guess WHAT?? I'm from Sandusky originally!!! Small world.

When my youngest was little, he didn't like the "feel" of certain foods. What I did was to always make him take at least ONE bite of everything on his plate. He didn't have to like it, but he DID have to eat ONE bite...So anyway---sometimes, he actually LIKED whatever. (Not that he'd ever admit it, but sometimes he'd like something, and another one down!!)

Not much on the line of suggestions, I just wanted to say "Hi!" from an old Ohio girl...good luck!! Beautiful kiddos!
