    I love to come up w/ new ways to cook seafood, and we do not have fried catfish every Friday like some Catholics...Grilled fish is something I haven't mastered yet, so does anyone have any suggestions or other seafood recipes?

    We never had meat on Friday when I was a kid and hubby and I have gotten back to that practice. We have LOTS of different meatless meals on Fridays, not just catfish...in fact I'm not particularly fond of that type! LOL So will try and post some recipes for you.
