Good Morning Everyone and Happy Earth Day!

Happy Sunday. Not much going on here. It looks like it wants to rain but still waiting. I hope we get a good soaking shower so I don't have to go out and water plants. I can turn on the irrigation system but I only want the front watered and don't know how to do just that. If I turn it on it will water EVERYWHERE. Will go to the gym later and am thinking of reheating leftovers for dinner so I don't waste food. I have enough pork loin left for another meal but will change up the sides.

Glad you found the class yesterday interesting and worthwhile Karen. Uuggh, on you too not sleeping well.

I had a super fantastic day but it's 11:32 p.m. and I'm starting to fade. Benjamin put us on the bus to Donggang and then we took a ferry over to Xiaoliqiu Island. It is so beautiful. We rented scooters and rode around the entire island. I loved it. I was totally afraid at some points but just as exhilarated as afraid. :)

We ate super well. As usual. :)

Lol on seeing the video and hearing my voice Janet. Nick videos everything and puts it on social media so I’m a little surprised you hadn’t heard it before. I hate the way I sound but lol I was thinking of chopping my hair but after I Saw the video I think it looks good.
Ran a 5k this morning. Well walked and ran but felt good to get out there. So far calves are good. The doctors actually encourage the running because studies show if you keep moving like that it keeps the fibromyalgia at bay.
I’m going into mad scientist mode tonight for dinner. I’m going to make an American chop suey type of dish but sub out ground chicken and do less pasta more meat and vegetables.

Hired this guy to paint my bedroom as it hasn’t been touched same gross wallpaper since we moved to this house. He wanted to get in with my company. He called emailed so I said ok I need a room painted in my house. He comes out gives the estimate and was supposed to come Saturday. Friday night I text him to ask what time he is coming. No response. The. Saturday morning he texts that he can’t come b cause he has to finish another job. I text him back and ask can he come Sunday since we moved all the furniture out of our bedroom. No response. He is out. I just texted him we don’t need him. I put an add on thumbtack and posted some pictures and got a ton Of quotes. Someone is coming out tonight to start removing the wallpaper and prepping the walls.
I hate people who don’t communicate. He could have texted me Friday and let me know and he could have provided an alternate date.

Linda, we are getting a little rain. Most went West and North of us. It is damp and oil. Cats just went outside as we got home, except Mauser who is chirping and walking around. Fritz will go outside shortly for his bathroom break! He is curled up in his bed.

Wayne started a fire in the stove and we will likely nap for a while before tackling anything.

Hi Laurie! Hope the paint job goes well.

It is definitely a quiet Sunday. Hope it stays that way.

Silly guy for dropping the ball with you as now you certainly won't recommend him to your company. I don't know what it is exactly but contractors in general seem to be quite unreliable.

Hi Karen. We head back to Canada on Thursday which will make it a month and four days we were here. We have a 50th birthday party to attend on Saturday in St. Catharines so tried to time the trip from Toronto to Taipei so that we didn't have to drive up to St. Catharines right after arriving home. Sounds like you guys are all tucked in and comfortable during the rain.

It's 8:19 a.m. Morning here. It's already 27C. I just went out to see if I could play on the computer out there but there's no shade.
