    What are your favorite ways to prepare pumpkin? We're headed into fall and I'm just curious as to how many unusual and yummy recipes everyone can come up with...

    One of my favorite recipes in the Pumpkin Bundt Cake. It is unusual as it has nuts, raisins and Bran Buds cereal in it. I also like a Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie. We never have enough room in the fridge for regular pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving so we started making the frozen one instead. It can also be done ahead of time so that helps out. And I love pumpkin bread. Our recipe is the same as the down east pumpkin bread on AR.
