Be it sweet or be it salty,Filled with meat or filled with cheese, vegetables or chicken, With sauce or without. In soup or on the side, Hard crust or soft, Flaky crust or smoothe, Baked or fried.

We have a huge Middle east community and there are many places that serve Felafel on a plate with other items like stuffed grape leaves an tubule and one place the I like serves them in pita bread, the recipe is similar sounding to Ronny's. I can not wait to try that recipe.

Best I ever had was at a mom and pop place called "Pizza Town" in Tempe, Arizona.
