  am not sure how to post any recipes to this group, could you help?

  On any recipe page there is a GROUPS area on the right, just scroll down till you see it.
  Click on the drop-down menu to open the list of groups you are a member of and click on the one you want to add the recipe to.
  Oh, you obviously have to be a member of the group first else the group name won't appear in the drop-down menu.
