What's Sauce for the Meatballs...

    This was a rich tomato and herb sauce with an unusual ingredient, (mushroom ketchup), inspired by the need for a sauce to have with Donnies Italian Style Meatballs, and limited by the ingredients I had on hand. I dawdled over this and enjoyed it very much and it turned out really well!
