  If you get any sort of solicitations via your GroupRecipes Mail, just send us an email at lab[at]grouprecipes.com.
  
  When you have a site that is so big you are bound to get some spammers. You should see how many spamming attempts take place that our system automatically catches and deletes. It is astounding.
  
  Every once in awhile a message or two will get through, and that is where you can help. Just send us an email and we can delete the messages and ban the user.
  
  We are tweaking the system right now to be even more stringent.
