    INGREDIENTS:
    8 slices bacon, cut up
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    1 cup water
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 3/4 cups milk
1 cup frozen green bean, thawed
    1/8-1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley

    Directions
1)Fry bacon until crisp in large dutch oven or stock pot.
2)Add onion and saute for 2 or 3 minutes.
3)Pour off fat; add potatoes and water.
4)Bring to boil, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
5)Stir in soup and sour cream.
    6)Gradually add milk.
    7)Add green beans,pepper and parsley.
8)Heat to serving temperature. Make sure not to boil, so milk won't burn.
